The past week’s beauty looks echoed minimalistic makeup–from radiant, glass skin on Shanaya Kapoor and fresh, pink hues on Aditi Rao Hydari to Ariana Grande’s hyperfeminine makeup and Zendaya’s tennis girl meets coquette beauty trend.
Shanaya Kapoor kept up the balletcore trend from head to toe in her corseted little black dress and matching Miu Miu flats. However, for the beauty enthusiasts, it was her peachy, clean glam that took the spotlight. She championed the clean girl makeup, with bright, dewy skin and a slick back bun. Adding to the list of soft and feminine looks this week, Rakul Preet Singh also had a peach blush moment–the actress complemented the look with a dewy base, kohl on her waterline and glossy lips. Tara Sutaria added pixie vibes, pairing undone, beachy bangs with radiant skin, glazed lips and dramatic lashes
Zendaya, who is currently channelling tenniscore for the Challengers press tour, served yet another preppy court look. Her outfit, a custom Jacquemus pink dress with a cutout, saw a new take on the classic polo t-shirt. As for glam, Zendaya embraced the coquette girl aesthetic, with a baby pink ribbon (and bow) holding back her voluminous, honey-blond tresses. Her lips and cheeks had a rose pink hue while the eyes were defined with thick black winged eyeliner and neat, filled-in brows.
Loving the pink makeup domination? Take a cue from Ariana Grande or Aditi Rao Hydari who were also seen in monotone, rosy makeup. Flushed cheeks, pink lips, fluttery lashes and a slick back bun. Grande added her signature winged liner while Hydari tied her look together with a micro bindi.
Driving away from the wave of understated beauty, Alaya F served full glam. The actress went in for a smokey eye, pairing it with a radiant base, blush contour and a nude satin finish lip. Her eyes were framed with smudged eyeliner and kohl, adding depth to her gaze.
