It seems that Doja Cat’s alter ego is not ready to leave us. Indeed, the rapper shared a story which foreshadows the arrival of “Scarlet 2”. At least that’s the interpretation and probably the hope of the fans.
Ecarlate, or Scarlet in English, is the name that Doja Cat decided to give to her double with blood-red skin. A character who made his debut at the same time as his new album with the eponymous title. A project driven by hits such as “Agora Hills” or “Paint the Town Red”. A fourth album which marks a new year of success for Doja Cat who had not released anything since the famous “Planet Her”, in 2021.
In an Instagram story, Doja Cat shared an image that caused a reaction. The image is simple: a whiteboard bearing the inscription “S2”, which fans have chosen to interpret as “Scarlet 2”, followed by a list of words that could correspond to future titles: “Acknowledge Me” , “Head High”, “Gang”, “Masc” “Rider”, “Urrge”, “Hungry”. For the moment, the rapper has not wished to confirm whether or not these seven “pieces” will be added to the first part to create a “Scarlet Deluxe” or if the diva will truly release a second part of the Scarlet era.
But while waiting for further information, Doja Cat is continuing the “Scarlet Tour”, her very first world tour and will be in Paris on June 21, on the Accor Arena stage.
