If you were looking for an ingenious way to repurpose your extra Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kits, Kylie Jenner has you covered.
The makeup mogul recently appeared on the cover of the CR Fashion Book new Front Row issue wearing nothing but a massive Lip Kit necklace and leather bottoms. Described as a custom top by the publication, the heavy necklace made of makeup adorned Kylie’s neck without the need for an actual shirt.
Though she was without a top, Kylie was outfitted in a DSQUARED2 black skirt paired with a Givenchy ear cuff and a Messika ear clip. (You can check out the makeup-turned-accessory moment for yourself on Kylie’s Instagram and CR‘s account.)

As for glam, Kylie wore her hair in a wavy updo with face-framing pieces. She also rocked long, coffin-shaped nails that featured oversized individual rhinestones. It seems likely that she was wearing a Kylie Cosmetics lip color, and if she needed a touch-up, we’re assuming she had plenty of choices dangling around her neck. (Again, we love multipurpose makeup!)
Speaking to CR for the issue, which hits newsstands on September 21, Kylie talked more about fashion, revealing that she’s hoping to pass down her Met Gala dresses to Stormi. “I save everything for my daughter — I have the most amazing pieces, and I cannot wait to share my entire archive with her when she is older. I’m so excited to see how she is going to wear and style them. And hopefully, she wears one of my Met dresses to prom,” she said.
We can definitely envision a future in which Stormi is wearing one of her mom’s memorable ‘fits — she is Kylie Jenner’s daughter after all! — but it’s likely the toddler will also grow into her own style. While she’s matched her mom in the past, Kylie recently confessed that her daughter has started doing her own styling.
