Three Degrees singer Sheila Ferguson has been close friends with Prince Charles ever since she performed on his 30th birthday. However, she has admitted that their friendship has caused her a few issues along the way.
Speaking in a new interview, the star admitted she plans to confront him over this.
In particular, she believes their relationship has caused issues in her love life.
She said: “He ruined my love life, and I’ll have no problem telling him next time we meet.”
The singer went on to explain how men didn’t want to date her because she was the royal’s favourite singer.

“I’m romantic by nature – it runs through my veins like music does. I think that comes out in what I sing.”
Sheila went on to explain how she does have hope for one “chap” who she’s known since the 1960s.
The pair have known each other since he was her tennis pro and they’ve kept in contact by phone and letters over the years.
She added: “He got married and had kids, I got married and had kids and we’ve not seen each other, but all of a sudden now we’re WhatsApping and he’s calling and he’s coming to see Chicago.
“We’ll wait and see what happens. We know it works, but it’s about seeing the people we’ve grown into.”
