Rachel Zoe went without her wedding ring for her first public appearance since splitting from husband Rodger Berman.
Hours after the fashion designer posted a divorce statement via Instagram Monday, she supported Jeremiah Brent at the launch for his Crate & Kids collaboration.
Zoe, 53, paired a puffy-sleeved white dress with a statement necklace at Los Angeles’ Hotel Bel-Air for the event.
The businesswoman, who was all smiles posing for pictures with Brent, wore her hair down in loose waves.
While Zoe’s hands were far from bare with multiple rings, her massive engagement ring was noticeably absent.
The former stylist wore an emerald-cut diamond when she and Berman wed in February 1996 before upgrading to a much bigger jewel by 2015.
The estranged couple met seven years before their nuptials at George Washington University.
They went on to welcomes sons Skyler, 13, and Kaius, 11, in March 2011 and December 2013, respectively.
Zoe shared her “committ[ment] to co-parenting” her boys with the banker, 55, in Monday’s social media statement.
“After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage,” her announcement began. “We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together.”
She went on to call Skyler and Kaius their “No. 1 priority.”
Zoe concluded, “We are committed … to continue to work together within the many businesses we share. We ask for privacy during this time as we navigate this new chapter.”
The former reality star spoke to Well + Good about the secret to their lasting marriage in a 2017 interview, crediting their success with “small gestures” and “act[s] of love.”
Zoe explained, “We talk things out. I think we just deal with it. Anyone that knows us really well would say that our recovery rate is the shortest recover rate they’ve ever seen.
“We recover in three to five minutes,” she continued at the time. “We just kind of forget about it — that’s what happens after a million years together.”
