The Young Money crew is dominating hip-hop charts across Billboard. According to recent data, Nicki Minaj now joins Drake and Lil Wayne as the rappers with the most top 10 hits in the history of Billboard Hot 100.
Cementing herself in hip-hop history, Nicki Minaj continues to prove she is the undisputed queen of rap for this generation and beyond. Since Young Money Entertainment launched in 2005, it gave fans the two biggest hip-hop stars of the 2010s with Drake and Nicki Minaj. Of course, Weezy joins the ranks and continues to propel forward in the game as a long-time staple name in rap. The chart history shows that the Trinidadian rapper now has 23 top 10 hits on the Hot 100 chart, joining Weezy and Drizzy who each have the same number of hits. Tied in fourth are Eminem and JAY-Z each have 22 songs in the Hot 100 Top 10.
Each of these artists named have been releasing new music non stop. Minaj has a new album titled Pink Friday 2, on the way this year, highly-anticipated since her last album Queen was released in 2018. Lil Wayne is in the progress of dropping Tha Carter VI and Drake just announced his new album For All the Dogs. With new projects on the way with each of these Young Money artists, it remains to be seen who will surpass the others.
