With Ozempic and other weight loss drugs on the scene, there’s a lot of speculation about what’s going on behind the scenes when a celebrity seemingly loses weight quickly. That doesn’t mean it’s okay, of course, but here we are in 2024.

The latest celebrity discussing weight loss rumors is Kylie Jenner. The 27-year-old is back to her pre-baby weight after having her son Aire in February 2022, and she’s well aware that people have questions.

Kylie addressed the speculation in a recent story for , along with how she lost weight after both of her pregnancies. (She gave birth to daughter Stormi in 2018.) Here’s what she’s shared about her weight loss journey.

How did Kylie Jenner lose weight after her pregnancies?

Kylie hasn’t gotten into specifics, but in August 2024, she addressed speculation that she’s “on drugs” to lose weight after having her son.

“I’m back at my weight I was before I had my daughter and son, and people are putting side-by-sides of me three months postpartum,” she told British Vogue.

Kylie said she weighed 200 pounds when she gave birth to her nearly 9-pound babies. “I finally lost all the baby weight after my daughter and then got pregnant with my son two months later,” she continued.

Kylie said that she “felt in shape and it was working out, and then I got pregnant and did it all over again” after having Stormi. “I feel like people didn’t give me, or give women in general, enough empathy,” she continued. “I see pictures [online] and people are accusing me of being on drugs or something…”

“I’m like, ‘Does everyone forget that I had two children and I gained 60 pounds both pregnancies?’” she said.

Does Kylie Jenner work out every day?

Nope, Kylie does not work out every day. A source previously told E! News that Kylie works out at least three times a week at her home gym with a personal trainer. She’s also more into outdoor workouts “because it’s more distracting and feels nice to be in nature,” the source said.

In April 2022—a few months after having Aire—Kylie wrote on her Instagram Story that she was “just trying to be healthy and patient,” adding that “walking/Pilates is my favorite combo,” per Page Six.

She follows a pretty relaxed diet.

Kylie is a fan of cooking—she previously had a “Cooking with Kylie” YouTube series—and she’s apparently pretty relaxed about what she eats.

“Kylie has been watching what she eats at home but isn’t restricting herself,” the E! News source said in 2021. “When she goes out with friends, she eats what she wants. She has been super motivated recently and is loving the endorphins.”

She updated her style after having kids.

Kylie launched a fashion line called Khy last year, adding that her style has shifted since having Aire.

“It takes me a while after I have a baby to feel like myself again,” she told . “Then you get your body back, and you’re like, ‘Wait, the trends have changed.’”
