Oliver, a father-of-three himself, had previously spoken out about his incident with the police in a 2018 interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
During his appearance on the chat show, he went into greater detail on the punishment he faced from Russell, who was said to have been left fuming by the phone call from the police.
After picking up Oliver from the station, Kurt had already thought of a way in which he could discipline the then-teenager from ever sharing a run-in with the cops again.
