KIM Kardashian has left fans shocked with the appearance of her face in an unedited scene from The Kardashians.
The 43-year-old was filmed reuniting with her family in Palm Springs during this week’s episode.

Kim wore a pale pink bomber jacket and a nude bodysuit with built-in shorts.
The reality star hung out on the couches in the living room with her sisters Kourtney, Kylie and Khloe, and their mom Kris Jenner.
In one shot, she was captured slumped back against the couch and scowling while staring into space.
The photo was shared on Reddit, where fans expressed their shock at the “ripples” on Kim’s face.
One wrote, “Her face looks like it has ripples and divots,” and another added: “I legit could not believe she allowed this shot to be included.”
A third posted: “It looks like she’s melting.”
Kim has faced rumors in the past that she’s had lip fillers, a nose job, and a facelift.
The Hulu star has repeatedly shut down the speculation and claimed she has only had Botox.
During an interview with Allure last summer, Kim was asked if she’d had any work done.
“A little bit of Botox,” she said, pointing to the space between her eyebrows, and added that she has “chilled actually.”
She then insisted she has never had lip or cheek fillers, saying: “No filler. Never filled either one, ever.”
Kim added: “No. I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything.
“I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the Hulu episode, Kim shared her parenting struggles with Kourtney.
The Sknn founder admitted she cried hysterically after her daughter North, 10, threw an hour-long tantrum.
She told her older sister: “North was throwing a fit, trying to get her in the car is so draining for me after an hour, hour and a half.
“I was in the car in the pouring rain and I was hysterically crying but Chi was right behind me so she couldn’t see I was crying.
“We’re in the car and Chi is like, ‘I have to go potty.’ We were in that long stretch where there’s nowhere to pull over.”
Kim went on: “And North was furious at me and wouldn’t speak to me for bringing Saint to Europe. Nothing was good enough.”
The mother of four had brought Saint to Paris to watch a soccer game over the summer.
The Skims mogul has four kids with her ex-husband, Kanye West – North, Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and Psalm, three.
