Katie Holmes brought her boho-chic style to the most fitting event: Ulla Johnson’s dreamy spring-summer 2023 runway show in New York City.
The actress looked stunning as she sat front row at the show this Sunday, dressed in one of Johnson’s creations: a patterned maroon, orange, and purple look that she layered using pieces from the designer’s autumn-winter 2022 collection.
The ensemble consisted of a long-sleeved red turtleneck top with a white marbled pattern, and a long, high-waisted skirt in a purple and orange floral print and asymmetric ruffles in a geometric orange and black pattern. And in a bold styling choice, Holmes layered a red and orange patterned crop top over her red turtleneck, adding even more texture to the eclectic and ultra-feminine look.
Finally, the Coda star paired the vibrant outfit with a pair of black leather knee-high heeled boots and a matching black leather shoulder bag with gold hardware, and accessorized with two abstract silver cuffs by AGMES and a matching nose hoop.
Holmes, who usually keeps things casual and minimalistic with her style and with her beauty, opted this time for a rosy glam and a shiny, wavy ‘do to go with her bold outfit.
Before the show, the actress was photographed sitting front row next to screenwriter Mara Akil Brock and author Jodie Patterson. And afterwards, she shared photos of her look on her Instagram Story, as well as video from the runway show, praising Johnson for her ethereal new collection.
