Fellow ARMYs, it’s the most wonderful time of the year! We hope that you are as excited as we are to enjoy this FESTA season, as BTS always surprises us with new ways to express how much they treasure us. This time around, we’re getting a new song by Jungkook! This new single is titled ‘Never Let Go,’ and it’s meant to be another song that makes BTS and ARMYs’ bond even stronger. We just know we’re going to love it! Who will ever let go of our favorite seven? We definitely could never!
Just like Yoongi has said in the past, Jungkook’s heart is a giant bowl that keeps getting bigger and bigger. When we read the announcement of this song for the first time, we started to think about how much love Jungkook has for ARMYs, his fellow members, and his craft. He can’t help but always give us his whole heart every time! Nobody else has our fandom name literally tattooed on their skin.
To celebrate that our favorite maknae is giving us such a beautiful track, we’ve decided to associate many of his loving features and actions with the five love languages. There’s nothing like being loved by our angel Jungkook! Let’s get started!
Words Of Affirmation
If nobody gets us, we know that Jungkook does, and that’s all that matters! He is ARMY’s biggest cheerleader, and he always wishes for us to be healthy and take care of ourselves. We have lost count of how often he has told us he loves us. We can always count on him to boost our mood after a long, tiring day. His encouraging words to fans are equally important to the support he gives to the rest of the group. Jungkook has sung, danced along, and shared his positive thoughts about the rest of BTS’ solo projects. He can’t get more heart-shaped than that, but he most probably will. We discover new ways to express our love thanks to him!
Physical Touch
Let’s get real for a second here: A hug from Jungkook could fix all our problems. Our favorite golden boy knows how to express his love to the rest of the BTS members by hugging them and giving them his hand whenever they need it. Some of our favorite hugging moments have happened in their concerts (which we know by heart after rewatching them many times). We have truly had so much cuteness overload every time Jungkook hugs another member on stage! That’s when we know he’s at his peak happiness, and we can’t wait to see the group performing again to experience more loving moments between them. ????
Receiving Gifts
Jungkook’s love for music and ARMYs is so great that he has gifted us so many incredible songs. These tracks are the most comforting poetry we’ve ever heard. From the perfect song to listen to on a rainy day (‘Still With You’) to a melody that describes that we’re “all the reasons why he can smile” (My You), Jungkook’s discography is more than special. They feel so warm to us, making us grow our hearts a thousand times their original size. We’re so thankful we can listen to these masterpieces on repeat, and we know that ‘Never Let Go’ is going to be another precious gem!

Quality Time
Jungkook loves to spend his free time with ARMYs. Whether it is by having a 3-hour karaoke session, watching videos, cooking/eating, or talking about what’s on his mind, we can always count on his livestreams to cheer us up. They truly are like we’re having a good time with a friend! Jungkook has created a safe space where everyone is comfortable (not every idol can fall asleep in the comfort of his fans). We cherish every single moment we have lived alongside him, and we feel like he has made Chapter 2 so much better for us. He’s a sweetheart, and we can’t wait until Jungkook has finished his enlistment to see his long lives again and spend time with him!
Acts Of Service
As Jungkook has been growing up as an artist and learning more with BTS, we have seen him help the group in so many ways. We know that when Jungkook combines two of the biggest pieces of his heart, his fellow members and music, he puts 300% into everything he does! He has helped in the creative process of many BTS songs, such as ‘Love Is Not Over,’ ‘Stay’ and ‘Run BTS‘ (three classics, if you ask us).
Most recently, he has also lent a hand in some of the solo projects that the rest of the group has released during their Chapter 2. For example, Jungkook created the guide for Yoongi’s ‘People Pt. 2,’ and he also did the background vocals for Jimin’s ‘Letter.’ Plus, he collabed with j-hope on ‘i wonder,’ an incredible track for the HOPE ON THE STREET OST! We can’t wait to see them all together again creating the best music ever!
