Heidi Klum and Sofía Vergara chose contrasting outfits for the “America’s Got Talent” quarterfinals red carpet in Pasadena, Calif., on Tuesday.
Klum favored a belted piece courtesy of Jean Paul Gaultier. The ensemble featured a black midiskirt with a strapless, bustier top with four belted pieces stacked one on top of the other. The top gave the illusion of a wholly belted piece. Along with her sartorial statement, Klum wore a pair of peep-toe black heels and accessorized with layers of necklaces courtesy of Chrome Hearts.
The model’s hair was styled with a center part by Lorenzo Martin, while her makeup, featuring a smoky eye, was done by artist Linda Hay. Klum’s look was styled by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn.
Vergara wore a neon corseted piece courtesy of Laura Basci. The Swiss fashion designer, based in Los Angeles, also designed the reptilian corset top Vergara wore for “AGT” last March.
Vergara coordinated the corset top with her trousers for a monochrome look, and added glittering hoop earrings and a statement bracelet to accessorize the ensemble. She completed the look with peep-toe, metallic platform heels.
Vergara’s makeup was done by artist Sabrina Bedrani, while her hair was styled in flowing waves by Aaron Light. Vergara’s look was curated by stylist Rhonda Spies.
Both Vergara and Klum have worn pieces that speak to their style sensibilities during their time on the “AGT” red carpet for the live quarterfinal episodes. Vergara has favored strapless and corsted pieces by such designers as Rebecca Vallance, while Klum has incorporated textural elements in minidresses by Patou and Christian Siriano.
The longtime model and the Emmy-nominated “Griselda” star serve as cojudges alongside Simon Cowell and Howie Mandel on the reality competition series.
