In light of his battle with Kendrick, Drake appears to be moving on, as the 6 God recently joined forces with frequent collaborator Gordo for two tracks (“Sideways,” “Healing”) off the Grammy-nominated producer’s debut album Diamante.
According to Gordo, who produced several tracks on 2022’s Honestly, Nevermind (“Sticky,” “Calling My Name,” “Massive”) and 2023’s For All the Dogs (“Rich Babby Daddy,” “Gently”), Drake has “been past” the beef with Kendrick, telling People that Drizzy seems “happier” following the battle.
“The thing is that he was just on the longest tour ever,” Gordo shared. “He literally did a tour for like a year. I think he’s just chilling.”
