2023 has been a huge year for Doja Cat. The singer and rapper returned with her new album Scarlet, which has thus far produced a handful of big hits. As she continues to promote the set, the latest single from the title rises to No. 1 on a specific Billboard chart, giving the musician yet another leader. This new win is especially important, as it helps her tie with the most successful woman in hip-hop history.
Doja’s current single “Agora Hills” rises to No. 1 on the Rhythmic Airplay chart this week. The tally ranks the top-performing tunes at radio stations across the United States that play a style of music commonly referred to as “rhythmic.” These outlets focus on R&B and hip-hop tunes that have mass appeal.
“Agora Hills” jumps from No. 3 to No. 1 on the Rhythmic Airplay chart, replacing newcomer Tyla’s breakout hit single “Water” atop the roster. That cut moves down slightly, settling in the runner-up rung.
Doja collects her eleventh No. 1 smash on the Rhythmic Airplay chart this week. As she advances from 10 to 11 leaders, the Grammy winner ties with Nicki Minaj for the third-most champions among women.
Rihanna continues to lead all female artists when it comes to who has the most No. 1 singles on the Rhythmic Airplay chart. The Barbadian pop star is ahead of Beyoncé, who has thus far accrued a dozen winners.

Rihanna comes in second place, but there are six other artists in between her and both Minaj and Doja. “Agora Hills” marks Doja’s second No. 1 of 2023 on the Rhythmic Airplay chart. She previously ruled for seven weeks with “Paint the Town Red.” That cut turned out to be the biggest hit from Scarlet, as it also topped the Hot 100.
