BTS member Suga is currently serving in the military and conducted a ‘D-Day’ concert before enlisting. After his enlistment, BigHit Music released the concert film and it became a massive hit worldwide. The agency has now announced the release of ‘Agust D TOUR D-DAY The Original’, which will include Suga’s performances, behind the scenes and also solo performances by other BTS members RM, Jungkook and Jimin.
Agust D TOUR D-DAY The Original Poster Set’ will officially release on July 15 and its pre-order will be made available on May 21. It will include a poster set, poster set tube, postcard, sticker set, transport folding card and other things.

On the work front, Suga released his solo album ‘D-Day’ under his other name Agust D and also went on a concert tour, which became a huge success. He also released his documentary ‘Suga: Road To D-Day’, which gave an insight into how he worked on his album and talked about finding a new dream when you have achieved everything you wanted in your life.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Suga revealed that the theme of ‘D-Day’ is liberation. He said, “In the past, I knew what that theme meant, and I figured out my thoughts were already resolved in the process of recording it. There was this K-drama called My Liberation Notes [from 2022] that did really well. I had started working on the album three years ago — and then I noticed that it really matched thematically with the drama. I felt and hoped that people were looking for more stories, more discussion on this topic of liberation.”
He added, “Once I asked myself about what my definition of liberation is, I started unpacking that idea of liberation more (through my songs). I think viewers will think it’s very fun and entertaining, considering the other kinds of promotions I’ve done. I have confidence. In the video, I’m just living very freely.”
Suga will return from the military in 2025 and will reunite with other BTS members in the same year.
