Less than a month has passed since Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck got married in Las Vegas, yet already there have been rumours of the pair growing apart.
They were together and engaged in the past, back in 2002, but ultimately split up and this has led many to wonder how long their marriage will last.
The rumour mill went wild earlier this week when Hollywood Life reported that their post-honeymoon plan was for Affleck to return to Los Angeles and for J-Lo to stay in Europe, with this time apart said to be for the good of their relationship.
But, now the newlyweds have been spotted together this Tuesday going for lunch in Santa Monica, California, and then stopping off at a local at a Dunkin’.
They were with their children and, according to TMZ, Lopez was seen “lovingly scratching the actor’s head”.
This has, therefore, shut down the rumours suggesting that they are already growing apart.
Lopez and Affleck are expected to have a huge wedding part in the near future to celebrate their marriage with friends and family, after getting married in secret in July.
Will Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck stay together?
It seems that the couple are still very much in their honeymoon phase and are enjoying being together once again.
Still, there are some who expect this marriage to ultimately end in divorce, with this the singer’s fourth marriage.
“I wish her and Ben the best, but I’m not convinced it will last,” Ojani Noa, her first husband, told The Daily Mail.
“I think she’s someone who will be married seven or eight times. I can’t see her ever settling down with one person.
“She pushes herself to constantly go forward in her professional life, which is why she’s had a three-decade career, but she also moves on in her private life.”
