BBC’s Hazel Irvine’s private wedding ceremony with mystery husband unveiled | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Hazel Irvine, the Scottish sports presenter who has hosted everything from snooker, to golf, to the Olympics, keeps her home life strictly off-camera. The 56-year-old broadcaster has always kept a close eye on sports but rarely speaks about married life.

The on-screen presenter has been quietly married for a number of years but has chosen to keep her mystery husband out of the spotlight.

Hazel had been dating her beau since 2008 and the couple finally decided to tie the knot when she was aged 43.

According to reports, the pair had shared “that it felt like the right time”.

The couple chose to have a private ceremony in Scotland alongside close family and friends.
