Ayesha Curry, wife of Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry, took to Instagram Stories on Thursday to thank Kim Kardashian for sending her some “cute” lingerie from the new SKIMS line.
Kardashian, 42, founded the SKIMS clothing brand in 2019 and has since become a $4 billion company. Sending free items to famous celebrities such as Ayesha is just one of her marketing tactics.

Ayesha, 34, tagged Kardashian and the SKIMS account on IG Stories to thank them for the pink and blue lingerie.
“Thank you, Kim Kardashian,” Ayesha wrote. “It’s all so cute.”
Ayesha thanking Kim is just further proof that the 2015 rumor of her hating on the Kardashians was entirely fake.

The internet pitted Ayesha against Kim in 2015 when she tweeted about women “barely wearing clothes” instead of keeping the “good stuff” for the one who matters.
“Everyone’s into barely wearing clothes these days huh? Not my style. I like to keep the good stuff covered up for the one who matters,” Ayesha tweeted.
Some people thought Ayesha was referring to Kim, but in 2019 she cleared things up and said there is no animosity.
“I saw a picture in a magazine one day, and it was literally like walking around with nipples out, it was so drastic,” Ayesha said. “I thought it was hilarious. So that’s why I tweeted that. My intentions were not to say you can’t show leg or whatever. That’s ridiculous. I know Khloe [Kardashian], and they’re great, so it was very uncalled for.”
