ARIANA Grande is taking a break in all things other than her upcoming film.
Fans were quick to send the pop music singer positive messages after reading her social media post.
On Thursday, Ariana, 31, shared the message on her Instagram Stories.
“I love you all so much,” the 7 Rings hitmaker said.
“I have decided to put a temporary pin in all things that are not Wicked for now.
She went on to thank her fans for their understanding and patience.
“I’m deeply grateful for your patience and mostly, so, inexplicably excited for all that is to come.
“See you soon,” she concluded.
‘WE LOST!’
On X, fans shared their thoughts on Ariana’s decision to press pause on other projects.
“Hope she’s well, love you girl,” one fan wrote.
Another said, “We lost.”
“No come back please!” begged a third Ariana fan.
“We love her!” a fourth wrote. “We support your decision!”
“If shes happier doing wicked then I support her,” someone else admitted.
A sixth stated, mentioning the two Wicked Broadway stars, “I mean I can’t blame her. It’s kind of a big thing, people have high expectations after Idina [Menzel] and Kristin Chenoweth.”

ARIANA’S BUSY YEAR
In May, an official Wicked trailer was released, giving fans more looks at Ariana and her co-star Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba (also known as The Wicked Witch of the West).
The film will be split into two parts.
The first will be released on November 22, 2024, and the second on November 26, 2025.
While promoting her upcoming film, Ariana also released her seventh studio album Eternal Sunshine.
She also appeared in two music videos during the era including the boy is mine, we can’t be friends (wait for your love), and yes, and?
TOUR NO MORE
Earlier this week, Ariana revealed a deluxe version of Eternal Sunshine was in the works, but wouldn’t be released anytime soon.
The star appeared on Evan Ross Katz’s podcast Shut Up Evan to discuss her music goals.
She dished, “I want to let [the album] live in this current state a little while longer.
“[I want to] take my time to execute my vision for this deluxe and make sure that it’s worth the wait and as special as I think it can be.”
Ariana then went on to talk about a possible tour.
“It would be a really lovely idea to be able to trickle in some shows in between the two Wicked films.
“It would be a mini little sampling of shows, I think. It’s something that my team and I are working on coming up with options for,” she said.
