The pop superstar was spotted on the streets of London on Monday afternoon, where she took a daytime stroll in a fit that furthered one of the season’s hottest trends, while also featuring an attention-grabbing accessory: her rumored new beau, actor Joseph Quinn.
The pair seemingly confirmed their relationship, as they were photographed holding hands on the sidewalk. And Doja proved that sheer is here to stay as she slipped into a translucent crop top in chocolate brown, which she layered over a blush-colored bra that was visible through the gossamer material.
For the rest of her look, Doja paired the crop with a pleated black leather skirt, which she layered over knee-high leather boots in the same color, creating a masterly continuity. To wink to her top, the rapper belted her skirt with a brown leather girdle, and she accessorized with large golden hoop earrings and thin purple sunglasses.
In a much more business-casual contrast to his hand-holding partner, Quinn was dressed in a pinstripe blue button-up and brown slacks, which he coupled with patent leather loafers and a messenger bag, both in black.
Rumors of the pair’s relationship first emerged earlier this week, when they were seen packing on the PDA at various London dives, from the music venue Dingwalls to a local pub. And while any new celebrity relationship is sure to generate buzz, this one has been especially engrossing, given that a couple of years ago, Quinn’s Stranger Things costar Noah Schnapp released a series of direct messages in which Doja expressed her interest in Quinn. While it sparked drama at the time, it seems her approach eventually succeeded.
