The 34-year-old was questioned about her culinary skills at home but admitted she is no “sous chef”.
Her admission comes after the BBC Breakfast presenters quizzed her about boyfriend Kevin Clifton, 39.
The documentary filmmaker cheekily quipped about the pair’s romance as neither of them is skilled in the kitchen.
Stacey remarked: “It’s so jokes because I’m useless in the kitchen. I’m rubbish.”

The Grimsby-born performer was Stacey’s professional dance partner when she took part in the sixteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, which she won.
The couple tends to keep their relationship private but occasionally post about their home life on social media.
Stacey previously opened up about their decision to remain private in an interview with the Guardian.
She said: “Kev and I have agreed not to go into too much detail about our private lives because you can’t really indulge that and then ask for privacy.
