After nearly 7 months involved in a penis enlargement related lawsuit, 50 Cent has reached an economic settlement and will seek no further compensation for damages.
The bizarre three-way legal battle had the NY rapper initially sue Miami’s MedSpa/Perfection Plastic Surgery and its founder Angela Kogan. In December, however, 50 Cent then set his sights on celebrity news website TheShadeRoom, whom Kogan’s lawyer’s alleged were the culprits for implying the Hip Hop artist had his male anatomy enhanced at the clinic.
50 Cent could technically still go after Angela Kogan
It’s unlikely, but after settling with TSR, 50 Cent could still decide to go trial against Angela Kogan in July. It seems, however, unlikely due to the fact that the plastic surgeon’s IG post with the rapper makes no reference whatsoever to him being at the clinic for anything genitalia-related.
It remains to be seen if both parties decide to settle before then, or if Fifty decides to drop the lawsuit against Kogan.
Litigation against Angela Kogan remains inactive in the court system
Kogan’s lawyers stated the rapper knew the image would be posted on social media: “It is clear from the photo itself that the taking thereof was not a random happenstance or unsolicited occasion. The content of the photo shows [50 Cent] in [Kogan’s’] office, next to [Kogan] in her role as a businesswoman/aesthetician (i.e. in professional attire).”
The surgeon did, however, share a (now deleted) screenshot of TSR’s post, with the following caption: “Thank you @theshaderoom for the feature!!”
Despite the trial date still being active, litigation against Angela Kogan remains inactive in the court system.
